The electricians who came out on site were thorough, thoughtful and communicative, for them- 5 stars across the board. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars overall is more to do with the fact that the people who planned the job behind the scenes didn’t communicate thoroughly with one another and made both my day without power much longer. And made the on site electricians day unnecessarily long as well. Otherwise, very thankful for the service.

Our103 year old house needed it's whole main electrical panel updated and we also needed 240v electric ran to our new hot tub. I called Same Day Electric to get a estimate. Although, the appointment was not same day but the estimate was given on the spot the day of the appointment. I was very impressed with how they send you a text message with the technicians picture, small bio on the tech and that there on the way.Even though they were a bit more pricey I decided to go with them because I saw professionalism, friendly attitude, genuine care for the customer and customers safety. On the day of installation they arranged for everything, from calling Idaho power to cut our power so they could do their work, setting up the electrical inspection by the city of Nampa (so we would be in compliance with City). They showed up on time started work and did what they were paid to do and they did it above and beyond my expectations. All the work they did looked so clean and by the electrical code book. The master electrician they sent out to do the work was outstanding; as well as his helper. When the city inspector showed up to inspect he looked at everything and we had no corrections/violation at all. They had the power back on from start to finish in about 8hrs and tested all our outlets, lights, switches and everything before they left. I was even surprised they also labeled all our new breakers and what circuits in the house they service. I feel our 103 year old house is much safer now. I can not say enough about the Excellence shown by the whole Same Day Electric ⚡ team.I recommend Same Day Electric if you want the best of the best.Now it's time to enjoy our new hot tub! 😁

Charles and Jason added an outdoor outlet and installed an outdoor ceiling fan. Both were professional, efficient, and friendly. Both installs look great. A bit pricey, but they do come out first and give you an exact number before scheduling the job. I would use them again for such work.

I accidentally drilled into an electrical wire whilst attempting to install a new curtain rod over my dining room door. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and very responsive. It was an attick job and was able to schedule a repair early in the morning related to the heat within 2 days, which was awesome. Brad came out to repair the electrical wire. He was very diligent and efficient with the repair. He was respectful and clean. He also went the extra mile to make sure that I installed my curtain rod without hitting any more wires, which relieved so much anxiety. Thank you Same Day for all you do! You folks do great work!

Braden and Michael came out to install two ceiling fans in two big rooms that didn't have any lights. I was expecting hand holes in the drywall for them to fish everything to where it needed to be (I already had the drywall repair guy scheduled). Of course drywall repairs are never perfect and I shared my concerns with Braden and Michael. They were able to install the ceiling fans without any damage. That saved me a bunch of money and now I don't have to look at drywall patches for as long as I live in this house. Of course the job they were there to do was perfect.
